It’s hard to believe that it’s Fall. Maybe it’s the 70 degree days we’ve been having in NYC or the fact that I’ve been married almost 6 months. Time is flying! Fall is one of my favorite times in New York. The weather is made for layering and creating multi-dimensional outfits. Running along the west side highway is heaven and my beautiful West Village is full of fall foliage and reminders of the season.
One of my favorite parts of my day is biking the streets of New York to The Garment District. Many have picked me out on my bike thanks to my 5″ heels and union jack helmet. These two items are most definitely wardrobe staples. Things get a little sticky when there’s a skirt or dress involved, of course. The number of times I’ve inadvertently flashed people biking up 6th avenue is endless.
What I needed was something cute, seamless and could be worn under any outfit. Even if you aren’t a lady that bikes everyday, you’re most likely one that hikes up those steep subway stairs, walks over sidewalk grates or is just on the move everyday. Scroll to the bottom to take a peak at my new favorite accessory, lace undershorts from harMonica!
