Summer is here and for me that means time to travel! My fiance and I were back to Europe for 10 days this month and of course had to stop in Paris. Paris is everything to me, every time I’m there it’s like being home. All I want to do is wander the streets, eat at sidewalk cafes, and shop The Marais. French style is a hot topic right now, so here’s a peak at one of my favorite outfits from our days in the city of lights.

Hello Sun! I’ve missed you! To say I was ready for a little fun in the sun is an understatement. I recently had the opportunity to spend a few days in The Riviera Maya at the beautiful Mayakoba Banyan Tree with my fiance. And to say it was magical is an understatement. Private villas with swimming pools, beautiful beaches and oh, did I mention sun!
This absolutely beautiful sunny weather just called for a chic comfy evening out outfit. And whats better than a one piece romper in silk to make to look chic while feeling like you’re in your pajamas! Here’s a little peak at my favorite evening out look while in Mexico and a little peak at our fabulous accommodations.
xoxo From Mexico With Love!

Welcome to Chateau #1, Chateau Challain! Now I’ll be honest, there was actually a different chateau number 1 but it didn’t make the cut. Trevor and I actually had a moment on our way up the drive of real chateau number 1 and wondered where the heck we went wrong/holy crap I hope their photographer made a ton of money off that job because he/she made it look fantastic!!!! So back on track, we drove from Paris to a small town outside of Conde. This beautiful chateau hidden in the French country side is about as grand as it gets. Four towering stories greet you as you drive up the majestic entry. Come on a tour with me of the grounds, interiors, and AMAZING marble staircase. Oh yeah, and there’s a photo shoot!

It may be gloomy and grey today but this weekend the sun is just itching to make an appearance. Now you may be the type that immediately jumps into shorts and a t shirt at the first sight of spring, but this one is a little more cautious and has a tendency to run cold. So here’s a little weekend outfit inspiration to get the juices flowing and the bright colors popping!

Berlin dressing can be tricky. It is most definitely a trendy city, though the street style has a tendency to be a bit lacking in color compared to my usual choices when dressing every day. I decided to Berlin my style a little bit with a great moto jacket and black denim yet keep it my own with a great pop of color! I just can’t help myself when it comes to beautifully colored knitwear. When traveling, and really seeing a city it is important to think in terms of layers and shoes you can get around in all day. And when I travel, its ALL DAY! No breaks! See and experience as much as possible in the time you have. See below for the breakdown of my look on day #1!
Jacket: Scoop (similar here) // Jeans: BDG // Sweater: Stella Mccartney // Chambray Shirt: Madewell // Shoes: Opening Ceremony x Soludo // Sunglasses: Anthropologie (similar here)

Don’t worry, there’s lots more Berlin to come this week! Check back on Wednesday!
